We ARE now accepting new clients with due dates in December 2025 and beyond.

Submit your interest form for doula support today! Early submissions increase your chances of being paired with a volunteer doula team. We welcome applicants without discrimination. Please note that doula services are not guaranteed and may be terminated by either party at any time.
Mary's Hands Network se enorgullece en servir a las mamás de habla hispana e inglesa. Complete el formulario de interés para comenzar su solicitud de servicios de doula.
If you have a confirmed pregnancy, are interested in MHN doula support, and live within our service area, please begin by submitting our interest form. If you’re over 32 weeks pregnant, you’ll be directed to schedule a virtual visit and can still use our Text-a-Doula support line.
If you’re eligible, we’ll send you a link to schedule your virtual onboarding call. During this meeting, our Volunteer Coordinator will walk you through what to expect, answer questions, and guide you through creating your Kiip.co account to complete your forms and communicate while awaiting team assignment.
Once your forms are submitted, please allow up to two weeks for an update as we work to match you with a team of 2–3 trained volunteer doulas. If we're unable to match you in time, we’ll offer virtual or text-based support as available.
Your doula team will schedule a virtual meeting and up to two in-person prenatal visits, depending on your stage of pregnancy. These sessions focus on birth preferences, comfort tools, and preparing for labor.
As a volunteer-based organization, we cannot guarantee a doula will be present at your birth, but your team will be on call around your due date. If unavailable, we’ll reach out to our broader network in an effort to ensure you’re supported.
Your doulas will follow up within 72 hours of delivery, with one to two visits between birth and 8 weeks postpartum. After your 6–8 week visit, care from your doula team ends, and continued check-ins at 4, 6, and 12 months will be provided by our administrative team.
“Text a Doula” is a free and simple way to connect with a trained Mary’s Hands Network staff doula. Whether you’re pregnant, recently gave birth, or just need someone to walk with you through this season—you can send us a message and get real answers from a real person who cares.
