Network Doula

Baton Rouge, Louisiana Full-time · On-call $12.50–$15.00 / hour

Are you passionate about maternal health and birth equity? Join our team as a Network Doula, carrying your own client caseload, leading onboarding, and providing hands-on support to families across Louisiana.

General Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client coordination, or case management
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Availability for on-call coverage, including evenings and weekends
Must pass background check and drug screen
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Benefits

$12.50–$15.00 / hour
