Underwrites a partial cohort of birth-doula trainees, including curriculum materials, instructor honoraria, and venue costs. Funds 8–10 trained volunteer doulas serving Louisiana families.
Funds a full year of operating costs for one healthcare region: client intake, doula coordination, hotline staffing, and outcomes data collection. Supports 90+ births annually.
Anchors our 2026–2028 strategic plan: workforce expansion to 300+ doulas, geographic growth into rural parishes, and Medicaid reimbursement infrastructure under LA Act 228.
We share methodology, IRB outcomes summary, financials, and a 5-year strategic plan with prospective major donors and foundation officers.
